Order was placed on Friday 12/13/2013 with Sears at Friendly Center, Greensboro, NC 27408

Full payment was made by Credit card for New Water Heater. Sears customer services promised to send contractor and will do the replacement on Saturday morning. Till Sunday night 12/15 no action taken and we are without water because the main water supply to the house is shut off. We had to replace the old heater because of heavy leak. It was an emergency because private plumber said need to immediately change otherwise it may burst because of pressure....
Poor customer services and contractor did not show up to replace the new water heater. ( and it is Emergency)
Why Sears is depending on one contractor? If that guy is not available they should find another contractor because it is emergency replacement. Then what customer services are you providing?
How difficult to live in the house without hot water in this freezing cold season? Are you going to pay for my Hotel Bills?
Many of our friends suggested to order from Lowe's or Home Depot and we did a big mistake of calling SEARS to do this Job. There is no meaning for these kind of Customer Services when called on Emergency. Otherwise they could have told us it will take weeks time to replace the heater. How they immediately took the order and promised to send the customer the next day morning? (Saturday) . Today is Sunday Night (12/15/2013)

If this is the way you are going to provide a meaningless customer services, no doubt you will close all the shops very soon. If there are no customers, what you are going to Sell?
