I went for an oil change was convinced into other service I agreed. My air conditioner when I left was blowing extremely hot heat. Brought it back and they broke the dial that changes the heat to cold. They said it was already broken. I said not as we just had cooler weather and I know it wasn't broken. They refused to fix it. So know I have to pay for it I only have air conditioning now.
