On April 8th, I had my wife take her 2011 Honda to SEARS as her car would not start. Sears informed her that they would only replace the battery and refused to test it for free. When she asked "if the battery is bad will you put the test charge twoards a new battery?" No, the adviser told her. He then told her the battery was bad without testing it. He then charged hert over $120 dollars for a battery that would have been under warranty with Honda.

After I spoke with my wife, I called Sears. I talked to Jose after waiting on hold to talk to an operator for 15 minutes. Jose disconnected me. Then I called back and was on hold for 9 minutes and disconnected. Finally, I called and talked to Joe who could not get in touch with anyone at the store after I waited on hold for 20 minutes. He informed me that the store was open but nobody picked up. I asked him for help. He said maybe call back some other day. He tried one last time, talked to somebody in the store and then told me that the manager rather talk in person. I told him to connect me. After waiting another 7 minutes, he told me "they wont answer again."

I will be filing a claim with the BBB and the CA State Bored if I am not contacted within 24 hours. Sears will not answer their phones, rips of women who do not know anything about cars, and takes advantage of people without any offerings of customer solutions.
