Product:	Kenmore Elite Double Oven

We purchased a new Kenmore Elite double oven because it was on sale floor model. We replaced our $4000.00 kitchen aid double oven and gave it to a family member.

We had the oven installed and just a couple days later the oven stopped working. Sears scheduled a tech who came out and diagnosed it with a bad circuit board. They ordered the part and replaced it... literally the same night the oven went out again - REPEAT PROCESS - again - REPEAT PROCESS and again REPEAT process!!!

After 8 times we had to wait several hours each for service calls and rearrange our schedules, work/meetings sears deemed our oven unrepairable and they would replace the oven. However, they refuse to replace the oven with a comparable model - they are trying to give us a CRAPPY lower model replacement due to costs. We expect the same model we purchased or an oven with same features - we replaced our $4000.00 oven with this oven and expect to get the same type of oven we purchased.

We were not compensated for food that was ruined we were cooking - they oven SPARKED and shot in my wife's eyes!
