Had Sears install a dishwasher purchased from them. They said the only way they could do it was to remove a copper water line and valve and charge me an extra $145 for their work to replace with a stainless steel braided tubing inlet supply. I paid since they said only way with these new models. THIS WAS A LIE. Installation manual they left shows that adding a 90 degree elbow fitting to the water supply line would have solved this and this costs under $5.00, and is the preferred installation. Are they stupid or are they counting on customers to be stupid? I want my money back.
