Product: Kenmore Elite 24.2 cu.ft. French Door Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator

I have 6 month old Kenmore Elite refrigerator which have problem with over cooling, produce freeze up and ice build up inside. On May 26 2015 Sears customer service order parts and schedule appointment, but when technician arrive I was told that parts are wrong and he order new part which I received, but it happen to be the same wrong part and for two days I am going in circles to find out when I will receive right part, but nobody know.
