Had appointment for today 1-5 pm and got a call at 4:40 cancelling appt. My refrigerator and freezer and both not cooling or freezing. Supervisor on duty couldnt help. Now have to wait till Monday without a refrigerator. Help, I need someone tomorrow. Why cant they come later today, or tomorrow. thank you
