Sears has violated numerous regulatory and statutory laws. This unethical company offers products for sale that are unavailable. After thousands of dollars spent for appliances consisting of purchasing 2 dishwashers, 2 stoves, 2 refrigerators, and 2 microwaves, Sears Holdings was unable to have these items available. These delays cost me thousands more in costs in loss of rents. After contacting what Sears calls "Executive Offices Department" ,you are now being led around by a play on words with no resolution. Please be advised that conducting business with Sears will be harmful finanacially. I now am in contact with a law firm and have told the corporate offices to take this consumer fraud complaint of Bait and Switch tactics, false advertising, and also unfair competitive advantage practices very seriously. This is irresponsible and have now began what I communicated to Sears: retain counsel and be compensated for damages caused by Sears and publish a complaint by any media outlet to create awareness regarding unethical and unlawful business practices After reading some others experiences, it is clear that it may not take much to tarnish this brand simply by providing accurate and valid statements of how business is conducted at Sears.
