CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS CONNECTED TO 12 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEE AND END UP DISCONNECTED FROM THEM. TOO LONG FOR THEM TO FIND THE ANSWEER OR DONT KNOW ANSWER. VERY BAD SERVICE AND I HAVE TO DIAL 12 DIFFERNT TIMES IN 60 MINUTES . AND NO RESULT STILL . MY CONCERN NEVER ANSWERED AND NO HELP FROM SEARS EMPLOYEE AT ALL.

I apologize for the delayed response to the situation with your online order as I’ve just come across this post.
