Broken Refrigerator - Maytag

Purchase a Maytag refrigerator with French doors and service warranty 2 years ago. July 30 2014 top part of refrigerator stop working. Everything at the top is warn but the freeze still works. Called Sears for a repair person. On Aug 4th a repairman can out but he had to order a part. He was able to get it running but it only worked for a few days. As of today Aug 14 I still have no working refrigerator. Have called the service department many times for help. I talk to someone who always transfer me to another line. I have been put on hold for 25 minutes, 33 minutes, 15 minutes and 28 minutes with each call hanging up before talking to someone. I have called back and asked to speak to a supervisor but I am told there`s no one that can take my call. It`s sad when a big department stores cares so less about their customers. I`m without a working fridge and no way to keep anything cold in the middle of summer. On top of that my dishwasher went out which was purchase the same time as the fridge and they had to order a part for it too. Now I have no working refrigerator or dishwasher. I have always purchase all my appliances from Sears. At this point I will never purchase from them again. Customer service SUCKS and the quality of the repair service SUCKS TOO! Unfortunately I purchase my stove and microwave from them too. Will never buy anymore appliances at Sears.
