Sears Complaint
Delivery Dept is a Disaster
Since this morning I've been trying to reschedule delivery for less then 2 weeks. No luck!!!
Dealing w/ overseas is frustrating as hell!! They're not bright, can't connect w/ any of the US depts. including warehouse; not to mention bad connections and dialects. Twice they're reassured me that a manager would call me back and NOTHING....
That should be their slogan... as that's what I (and assuming most people) will be buying from them. Forget downhill, this organization is in free fall.
