Delivery of air conditioner if I ever get it. - Window air conditioner

I have always been a sears buyer and an associate for 8 years. Now I purchased a window air conditioner from Eastland Sears from a very nice associate. They set up 2 appointments with me. The problem is that I have to answer the phone or they cancel. I have told them that I work 3rd shift and I am sleeping and to just come and knock on my door but they won't do that. I spoke with a nasty lady who said I had to answer the phone. She would not give me the supervisor. How do I ever get my air conditioners installed? Sears was never this way.
