Double Oven

My name is Stephen Tidwell. For sixty-two years I have been a loyal customer Coldspot, Craftsman Kenmore customer. For that sixty-two years I was not totally hassle free but you did not have all the other brand names in your stores. When I retired from the Army my wife and I settled near home and a job change brought us to a final house building in 2012 in Monroe County Alabama. Not too close to the big cities and their luxuries but close enough for comfort. We shopped around as always and came back to Sears . We bought all five major appliances in September 2012: washer and dryer, range top, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and double oven. We have enjoyed repair and maintenance free bliss except for the double oven. We moved into our home two weeks before Thanksgiving Day 2012 and when called upon to cook the meal we had none. It took until December 19th to have it repaired and the technician had to come back a second time because the parts did not come in as expected. Ever since then the broiler has not functioned correctly top or bottom yet we have had it checked on two or three occasions and have a yearly maintenance agreement. Every time we use the oven for baking it cuts off for a few seconds and comes back on but my dear wife holds her breath every time it has a hiccup. We have talked to the service department complaining and have patiently listened to have their same smiling repairman come and look diligently at the oven run every test known to man and earth and shrug his shoulders to say, "Well it's working now". We are asking please for some help. We are gaining on our retirement for the final time very quickly and wish to have this problem resolved once and for all. 251-369-3157 is my main number for Sears records.
