Never again - washing machine

Bought washer on Saturday and scheduled Monday delivery. There were issues at the Sears Distribution center and no washer delivered and no call, just a text saying no delivery. Called delivery number and was told we go to back of line and delivery will be Friday. Was very upset and was told I would receive a gift card for 30 dollars for our trouble. That was a lie, no gift card or anything. Called store manager and was informed that is how it works, deliveries not made go to end of line. He told me he would give me 25 dollars for our trouble. That was a lie, no gift card email as said. Loved Sear but now done with them. NEVER AGAIN!!!
