RETURNING DRESSES - HOT FROM HOLLYWOOD
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM SEARS . COM!!
Before you decide to order anything from sears, be sure it is exactly what you want. We tried returning three dresses and we got the run around when trying to get our refund back. They gave us FOUR different numbers and nobody wanted to help us like they should!! We payed for shipping to return the dresses and everything and they wasnt't willing to send us all of our money back. They shorted us over $22 and said that they couldn't do anything about it! So before you decide to do any online shopping with sears you need to make sure it is what you want. They are definately a piece of crap and I advice NOBODY SHOULD EVER ORDER FROM THEM! The customer service that they have is nothing but junk!
