Sears Auto Repair Center - Sears Auto Center

I'm writing to inform your office that on April 11,2015, I had my auto serviced at your Sears Auto Repair Service Center, located in Nanuet, NY 10954. My tire which I purchased from Sears had a slow leak. Once again on July 18,2015 the same tire was experiencing a slow leak. As a result, I went to a local repair shop who informed me the repairs by Sears were not in accordance with TIA/RMA specifications using patch plug, seal repair. Now knowing that Sears cuts corner's make me concerned for my life; in that, I was informed that many deaths have occurred due to faulty tire repair work. Consequently, I will no longer use Sears as my Auto Service Repair Center. More importantly, your auto technicians should be properly trained relative to this issue.
