Sears Power washer that has never worked. - Craftsman power washer

I purchased a Craftsman 2700 max psi pressure washer in July 2012 and it has only worked once, and had been in the repair shop twice for long periods of time. The unit will not start, Now after getting the unit back I once again tried to start it and it won't start, only now the warranty has expired 10 days ago so now this would have been the third time that it would have been brought back. This unit has only worked one time and never again. I have tried to actually talk to someone at Sears to no avail I only get a computer recording then it hangs up. I will never purchase anything at Sears again, They want to sell you faulty equipment and they do not stand behind their products.
