Sears garage door opener installation - Craftsman 1/2 hp garage door opener

I have been trying for over 11 days to get my garage door opener installed. I have been cancelled, reinstated and delayed for over 11 days now. I have not received straight answers as to why a Sears installer is not able to install my door opener and why they have not been able to find an installer. If this is true then they need to tell the retail clerk that installation is not available and not to sell the $12 . installation. Poor way to do business and NO, I will not buy from Sears in a long time. At least not in home improvements.
