Dear Sir,

Yesterday Dec 7th, I was scheduled for a follow up repair appointment for a Kenmore Laundry Center,
The window of time given was 8.00 am to 12.00 noon; I diligently insured I was on site as the location is not my home or workplace. At around 11.15am I contacted Sears as I recalled the technician saying on the prior visit (Nov 28th) that the job would require several hours work. I was surprised to be informed by your representative then, that my appointment window was now 1.00 to 3.00pm, a later check revealed that the technician would arrive between 2.00 and 4.00pm, it then was changed to 2.30 to 4.30pm at around 2.30pm I received a notice that my appointment was rescheduled to Dec 14th.
Was I treated differently to a full paying customer as I have a Sears Master Protection Agreement (contract #0667965900006) on this appliance and therefore not generating revenue? Regardless of the reasoning Sears has caused me the loss of an entire day%u2019s wages, and has extended the inconvenience of not having a working washing machine to the residents of 1218 T St to another entire week.
