Water heater warranty replacement - Water Heater replacement

My mother has been trying since Tuesday to have her water heater replaced and we are now on Friday and she still has no hot water. She just received a phone call that her appointment was from 11-3pm has not been changed to 3-6pm. Seriously this is ridiculous one contractor has monopolized the whole thing and they cannot seem to get a contractor to install this water heater which is waiting at the store in clear water Florida which is 30 min away. If you cannot install it then say so and lets get someone who can. Leaving someone without hot water for 4 days is not acceptable.
