mattress returned - mattress


So I buy a $900 mattress from sears . I told the salesman that I am picky about mattresses and what if I don't like the bed, what's the return policy. He told me I can return the bed after 30 days. Little did I know that there's a 15 percent restocking fee and that I got charged $200 dollars for the box spring, so really the mattress was only $700 but they slip the box spring in their and call it included with the mattress. Then when I called customer service it was the hardest and longest process to talk to someone competent and to get through to them that I wanted to return the mattress. I will never buy anything from this store again. It's also been 2 weeks since I returned the mattress and i am still waiting for my discounted refund. avoid this place like the plague, look up the owner/ceo of the company. He could care less about customers, only money.
