Example a not working water softener

We are very upset getting run around being no returned calls, waiting all day for fourth repair on water softener and no repairman showed. We have been patient as it has been months with no repair and living with hard water. Each time it took 3 weeks for a repairman and now we are no getting any returned calls and being told there are no appointments available!!! How can that be? I have seen so many horrible reviews I don't want to make any more purchases from you! I have a couple in mind and well be elsewhere.
