We live in California and its been really hot and humid .Purchased Kenmore 15,000 BTU Air Conditions 09/05/2013 (Not even 1 year old). Worked fine until yesturday. NO COOL AIR. The service centers next appointment date : 08/29/2014, that 11 days of having to wait! Thats not acceptable. No one has been able to help! Model# 253.70151014
