Bad customer servise - Sterns & Foster

we purchased a pricey bed set and payed extra for Saturday delivery and only received the box spring and frame when I asked about the mattress they said it would be 3 more days.(what) I have to sleep on the floor I did my part making ready for delivery . I was told it was going to be complete.. theyed lied and pretty much laughed in my face to bad for me.. awful service I hate Sears and would not recommend them to anyone ever..shop at Pennys or Macys the staff are friendly and helpful.
