Broken Kenmore Range - two service calls and no repairman - kenmore elite electric range

I have a Kenmore Elite Range that started beeping in the middle of cooking and displays an error code of EO15. We had to turn off the power to the range so it would stop beeping. Made an appointment with the service department and after taking a day off and waiting patiently only to find out the technician called in sick....no repair. Had to wait another week for another appointment, another vacation day from the job and he doesn't even show up. I missed the 30 minute heads up call so apparently they didn't feel a need to come by. I have waited here patiently from 2 to 6 like their appointment said, even called the service department to find out what happened to him when he didn't show up within the half hour of the call. That was a joke. The service rep was no help at all and humiliated me for calling since it was still within my 4 hour time period even though the repairman was an hour late from the scheduled arrival time in the computer.. So with no vacation left the next appointment on Saturday is another 2 weeks away. . . just can't wait! Thank goodness for working microwaves and hot plates, of course these aren't sears brands!
