Delivery keeps getting pushed out until I cancel - Kenmore Elite 24.2 cu.ft. French Door Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator
I ordered 3 appliances on 4/9/2015. A dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. Due to the refrigerator. I was given 2 weeks since the refrigerator is on back ordered and so I will have to wait for all 3 product. So starts the waiting game. They called me and told me the refrigerator won't be available til 5/10/2015 and have push all my order til that day. Annoyed at this point I ask for the dishwasher and stove asap which they delivered and willing to wait for the fridge. on 5/9/2015 a rep called me to confirm my deliver date of tomorrow and an automated confirmation call after. I confirmed. Morning of which is 2 hours away from the 2 hour window I received a call stating that it didn't arrive and that I needed to wait until 5/31/2015. Pissed at that point I ask for a manager to no avail. I called customer service who offered me a 50 dollar gift car to sears which I decline (like I'm ever going to buy anything from sears again). I ask for their manager to which they transfer me to a case manager who didn't do anything regarding researching my case at all. I had to explain that the original order date was 4/9/2015 not 5/10/2015. The case manager did nothing to help me get the product sooner. Not even a guarantee that the product will not be delayed another 30 days after the 31st. He did glad fully cancel my order and refunded amount I paid for the refrigerator with the quickness though. I only waited 2 minutes for him to do so. Got to give him a hand for that. Thanks sears for teaching me a valuable lesson to never order from them again.
