Freezer not working - Refrigerator
I have an extended warranty with Sears on all appliances, every time I call Sears to set an appointment because one of my appliances is broken it takes them 2 weeks to get to my home.
Today my freezer is broken so all my meat is going bad and they are telling me they can not come till next week.
I spend over $400.00 a year paying for this service and have been a customer for past 20 years and this is the type of service I receive. You can be sure I will not renew this contract next year!!
