I will not Purchase from Sears Again!!


We had our hot water heater replaced in August of 2013. On Saturday it sprung a leak and we called Sears , after being on hold for 45 minutes we finally got an appointment and a tech showed up this morning. After 15 minutes and $90 he told me that the heater had a leak in a weld and would need to be replaced. More phone calls and more hold time finally got to someone who took my credit card number charged 309.99 transferred me to installations were I was told that they did not have my paper work and it could take 24 hours. My question is why not tell me that up front? Now I want to know how to is how to cancel the $309.99 charge, so that I can go to Lowes and get a new water heater. Good by from a long time Sears customer!
