Sears Freezer Delivery Nightmare
2nd attempt, although I specifically said I could not have a 4-6 pm delivery, any other time OK, they rescheduled AGAIN from 4-6.
3rd attempt, rescheduled AGAIN from 7:30 - 9:30 on Sunday.
4th attempt, I measured freezer and found that it WOULD GO INSIDE HOUSE without the door and Instruction Manual said "only a qualified technician could remove the door". They came today 6/8 and didn't know how to remove the door & did not have the right tool.
5th attempt will be tomorrow sometime, but couldn't tell me when!!
