Sears Never Finished my electical - dishwasher Example: The product name of washing machine
I am very upset with Sears starting a job and not finishing it. I am frustrated with my project coordinator lack of communication. I felt like he was always out of the office or on the other line when I called. I didn't feel like my home was a priority. I made several complaints through out the project, such as the panel stain and the back splash being to high, nothing was address . My last and final draw was the electrician having car trouble and never calling me back after weeks of waiting to get back on his schedule. Now, i have to pay Sears and someone else to finish the job they started. I have more remodeling to do, but i will not use Sears.
