Sears is yet to ship my order after 2 weeks - Samsung Giga Bluetooth Sound System


I have been trying to get the status of an order placed with Sear two weeks ago. The item was charged to credit card and I received shipping notification the day after. The label has been created for UPS but the item hasn't reached UPS. What is more annoying is the item is shown as delivered on my account order history. I have called the Customer Service line 3 times because they advise me that within 24-48 hrs I will receive an update. So far nothing. I ordered two additional times after and I received one package and the other arrives today. I wish there is some way I can speak with someone who can give me real answers instead of the scripted ones. It is very frustrating especially since we travel for the holidays and the item has to go with us next Monday.
