Sears refrigerator customer service
I purchased a refrigerator through Sears 3 years ago, and last year when we had a technician come in to do the yearly routine he ordered a part and it was wrong and no one ever managed to tell me where to send it back to. I got charged for the wrong part and it is still in my kitchen in the box. Then about 3 weeks ago the fridge hasn't been cooling enough and all the food has been spoiling, especially the milk and we need milk for the three toddlers at home. I got a repair scheduled for a week after my call and that guy never came, he called me and told me he was running late, and after waiting for more than 8 hours for him to arrive he calls me and tells me he can't come because he is now at his other job. What the... So we called Sears and no one was able to help us they kept connecting me to different people that had no idea how to help me. Finally I showed up at a Sears store and complained and an associate emailed someone and I received a phone call two days later notifying me I will get a technician that day. He came and ordered the parts I needed and the next scheduled appt was set for two weeks later. This was frustrating but I dealt with it. So just now the technician comes in and says those are wrong parts ordered and he will call me back when he finds out what day he can come in. He just left. What the heck am I supposed to do when it's been about a month now dealing with people who don't care to tell me what's going on or who can't even order the correct parts. I've lost a lot of food and keep spending money on food by the day. THis is not okay from Sears.
