Sharon Nabors - poor Quality, Poor customer service, Poor Company in general. - Craftsman Lawn Mowers


I've got to tell you, My grandfather was a die hard Sears /Craftsman fan. Today He wouldn't buy a pair of socks from you and either will I.
I purchases a Lawn Mower used it about 4 times put it up for the winter (and yes I use storage liquid and it is stored inside) I take it out the next summer and it doesn't work, I change the spark plug & filter and it has fresh gas & oil. so I take it to sears they get it back and say, there is nothing wrong with it. I flip it over and show the guy the shaft is visibly damaged, they take it back 3 week slater I get a call to pick it up, $260.00 I just paid 289.00 for it on sale! so after 3 months arguing they send me a replacement mower this one did the same thing I take it right back and they said oh this one is not under warranty only the damaged one they sold me was GREAT!!! so in short If anyone reads this BUY A HONDA! from a Honda dealer stay away form SEARS!
