Siding appointment


It's been a month since I signed the contract for a siding project. I received calls saying they will be out in 10 days, never showed up, receive another call they would be out in few days. Didn't show up. At this point I am ready to cancel the entire project but the contract says I have 3 days to cancel. Oh yes, received a bill before they did a thing. I called and they said the bill is trigger when material is ordered, however, no one came out to measure. Recently received a call that my material was delayed but now was at the warehouse. The project manger left a voicemail for me to call to schedule an appointment. I returned the call it went straight to the main number where no one knew anything.
My contract is an eighteen month zero interest if all payments are made on time. So I am forced to make a payment or be stuck with very high interest rates. I'm at a lost of what to do.
