I keep writing and calling Simmons which is as you say is United Furniture Industries about my broken Simmons Bently Recliner that is less than 6 Months ols but do not get a answer of any kind back and I do not think they realize the drastic Importance of this matter ! I am a retired 63 old man that due to injuries and other ailments cannot sleep in a bed and have to sleep in a recliner this is my bed. I cannot afford to purchase another recliner as I have only had this one about 6 months and I thought this chair with its being one of the best would last me a lifetime ! The front part of the bottom of the chair/Recliner collapsed and its killing me my back is hurting and I cannot sleep ! I do not know what to do next except maybe contact Sears and complain or go to the Federal Trade Commission or and the Better Business Bureau maybe the courts but I need this matter resolved this is not my fault ! It is a faulty Product and the Warranty should make it right ! I even called but they never return my calls! Doees anybody have any suggestions or had any results from these people? Wish I had bought a Lazy Boy !!
