Useless Extended Warranty - RCA TV


In March of 2014 I bought a RCA flat screen from Sears , I also bought the 3 year extended warranty. At the time I was assured the warranty would cover everything for a full 3 years.

In February 2015 the TV started getting a red line across the full right side from top to bottom.

I called Sears and scheduled a repair tech to come out. The tech came out and took pictures and called someone on the phone and they agreed the TV would have to be replaced.
The tech told me that RCA would contact me within the next several days about the replacement.

I waited for over a week and no one called si I called Sears and told them that RCA had not contacted me, I was then transferred to the Sears customer solutions department, I was told by this department that I had to contact RCA myself that Sears was not involved in the matter anymore.
I got a little angry and told them I bought the warranty from Sears NOT RCA.
I also asked if they ripped me off? I was told that they did not say that but no one at Sears could help me, I kept complaining and then was transferred to a man who said he was a manager but all he did was say the same thing. I eventuallywas put on hold and after 30 minutes or so I was then transferred back to the First Lady who answered the call. She said she was trying to call RCA herself and back on hold I went. After an hour she finally told me she couldn't get anyone at RCA to reply and then gave me the number (like I would have more luck) she did say she was sorry and that I should never have been sold a warranty for a RCA product.
I called the number got a answering machine pushed some numbers to got to the correct department, the very first prompt was "if you bought your RCA TV from Sears or KMart press 1" I went ahead and pressed one, I was then transferred back to Sears. WHATTHE HELL!!

I bought the warranty from Sears and I absolutely should get satisfaction from Sears, I have both tens of thousands of dollars worth of appliances and other items from them and this by far is the worst I have ever been treated.
