No delivery , bad customer service - Whirlpool cabrio
I ordered a whirlpool washer yesterday online. Showed it was in stock and would be delivered next day. Got an automated call that it would be delivered between 8:30 and 10:30 am. They texted me a tracking app. Every time I checked it the time was moved up. I called at noon was told it would definitely be here today. Tracking just stopped then. Called customer service ( I use that term loosely) and after being put on hold was told that it needed to be rescheduled . Soonest would be 5 days later!!!!!!! Oh no you didn't!!!!!!!! Of course C S has no explanation why! I am usually calm and try to understand....but this made me so angry! I do not appreciate being given the run around and being lied to! I promptly called again and cancelled the entire thing! I am keeping an eye on my credit card statement and have talked to my lawyer. I then online ordered from a different big company.....got a call within 30 minutes from a REAL person at the local store telling me it's there and ready to go. Delivery in the morning. Any questions or issues...I can actually call someone at the local store that knows what's going on! Better prices too and nicer people. I'm just sickened that Sears has gone from a great store and service to nothing. I always bought from Sears with good service and now......just really sad. I guess Sears has just given up.
