kenmore elite top of the line washing machine rusting - Kenmore Elite

I have always purchased all my appliances from Sears and usually have always bought their brand Kenmore.
I bought a new high end washer and dryer and the washing machine is rusting. It is under the lid and around the bleach dispenser of which we never use. Sears after being on the phone for hours said it was cosmetic!

I need them to replace the machine as after 2 years this should not be happening.
