Sear repair issue with my lawnmower - Craftsman lawn mower

Sears repair has had my lawnmower for 3 wks. I called the Sears store where I dropped my mower off Friday 4/17/15 and was told it was in transit and should be back Monday 4/20/15. Monday afternoon I called and was told it showed my repair cancelled. Was told they didn't know why but would research it - called Tuesday and was told that the supervisor that does that was off. Wednesday morning 4/22 I called the store and was told to call the 1-888 # on my repair ticket because they didn't know why it was cancelled. In short, I spent most of the day Wed calling that 1-888# and any other Sears # that I could find - only to get in a phone holding que many times - as long as 20 -25 minutes most times - stating my business then they would tell me they couldn't help but would transfer me to some one that could and ending right back in a phone holding que line again! A manager from the Sears store called me Wed night and said it looked like my repair had been cancelled because my repair was not covered under warranty and they could not reach me to approval the charge .... I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL or any other means of contact from the repair place. Thursday morning I called 2 other Sears # only to be told a 'new ticket' had been created and that I should be called (and said that is all they could see on their computer). It's 8:30pm Thursday night and I still don't have any answers on my mower that was sent for repairs 3 weeks ago - I don't even know where my mower is !
No one can tell you anything but they won't give you the phone # of the repair place to call to get the issue straightened out ! Sears - what is going on and where is my mower ! ! !
