Sears Broken Stearns and Foster Adjustable Bed Base - Sterns & Foster

Purchased a Sterns and Foster mattress and adjustable base from Sears in the amount of $3,700. Five months later the adjustable base broke on my husbands side. Sears sent people out to take pictures, and company that took pictures agreed that bed broke and would be replaced. I sent in a claim to Tempurpedic since that is who Sterns and Foster said handles their adjustable bed base claims. I was told the bed base was ordered. I even got a call from Marks Home Express delivery company out of Austin Texas saying he wanted to deliver my bed base, the company shipped it to him. I live in Grand Prairie Texas and of course it was sent to the wrong city so he was going to have to send it back to them. I have called for three weeks since and each time told that Head Qtrs is researching the matter. Today I got online and saw over 3,000 claims that have not been honored by this company. I now believe that they have been jerking me around and have no intentions of honoring the warranty which expires in September. Sears should be held accountable for selling merchandize of a company that does not honor their warranty. I am ill and this situation has added to my illness.
