Sears Canada is frustrating me!
I made two different orders from your Sears Canada online shop. However, some items in the same order were not delivered.
Order 1:

Missing items: Item No.: 2848966_I (One), Item No.: 2850435_I (One), Item No.: 14150005_I (Two), Item No.: 14150007_I (One), Item No.: 14150008_I (One), Item No.: 14150006_I (Five),

Missing item: Item No.: 10455336_I (Two)
May I know what is the problem with the missing items and why they did not delivered with the other items in their order.

It has gotten to the point that I am regretting I made purchases from you. It's past 72 hours and there is no response to my e-mail, the Customer Service Officer too is not able to tell me where my order is but said that I should just wait for maximum of 7 working days for the order to deliver.
In all honesty, waiting for 7 days is not a problem but these items were bought for an occasion and would be useless if I do not receive them LATEST friday. I am trying to avoid a previous bad experience that I had where item no: 2850433_I was omitted in order no E0131471. I was not notified of the omission before or after the order delivery but only saw the money refunded into my account.
In addition, I have seen money taken from and returned to my account without any logical reasoning.
Please, am I to be frustrated for making purchases from Sears
