Sears tire sales and warranty - Falcon tires

Bought tires from Arkansas sears with 50,000 mile warranty. When we got home in Alaska there isn't a Sears store for 342 miles! We took truck into sears in Anchoage alaska because there isn't any tread left on tires and we still have 27,000 miles left on warranty. Service department said we neglected to have tires rotated but they didn't rotate them! They told us tough luck and Good bye! I kept asking are you going to rotate tires today the guy walked off! Really!! We spent 1000$ on tires to get this kind of service! Shame
