Non delivery of purchased item and still no answer - Kenmore washer and dryer
Purchased washer and dryer on July 5. It is 15 days later and still no dryer. The delivery was for July 18; washer only came. Told me they'd call in 24 hours to set up missing dryer. Never called me. I called and was told they didn't call because they thought the dryer was delivered!!! spent over 30 minutes on the phone today and still no resolution or compensation. I have spent my money and do not have what I purchased. Warning: do not spend money at Sears !!! they will take your money and you won't get what you have paid for!
